New Month = New Clean Slate
Do you know that only 2 % of people who SAID they would workout in 2015 are STILL working out by today March 2nd?
Why is that?
It’s because people unfortunately think that excitement and “wanting change” are enough.
The truth is change requires strategy
Change requires sacrifice.
Change often requires HELP!
Take some time today to do what I call a quick “clean slate” analysis.
Draw a line down the center of the paper and then draw a horizontal line mid-way the left hand side of the paper. In other words create 4 boxes.
Now in each box add the following:
Box 1: Love
At any given point we are in love, coming out of love, or taking a break and can’t stand the idea of love.
Box 2: Weight
Are you where you want to be, on track to getting where you want to be, or struggling
Box 3: Purpose
Do you feel like you’re on track, off track, wondering just where the heck is the track when it comes to your purpose?
Box 4: Decision
This is SO IMPORTANT! Nothing happens until you DECIDE. Looking at your clean slate analysis what areas do you need support? Now what are you willing to do to get it?
We are already into the 3rd month of this year. You deserve results NOT regret for 2015.
